I flew to Montana from Alabama to see my grandmother who was placed in the ICU. Lizzy was so kind, attentive and informative in this emotional state I was in. She truly made such a difference in my views of the Holy Rosary staff, as I had not had good experiences there before. My grandmother was so well taken care of by the ICU staff, Lizzy always went above and beyond her nursing duties to ensure everyone in the room was taken care of from asking about the lights, bringing tissues, asking if coffee was needed along with always knocking before entering and greeting everyone in the room. She gave my grandmother patience, kindness and allowed for modesty. She kept us well informed on my grandmother's care and status. I am so thankful that my grandmother had Lizzy on her team!  Lizzy truly made such a difference in my grandmother's care.
