Beth was my nurse for 3 straight days as I was dealing with significant pain from a perforated colon. She was so upbeat, compassionate, and caring the whole long shift. She made a point to talk with me and take an interest in what I said. She made me comfortable and always asked if there was anything that I needed. Her bedside manner was impeccable. She very clearly loves what she does, and it shows every day. Her upbeat personality and presence always made me feel better. In a world where we don’t get many kudos, I would like her to know that she does a great job and is appreciated. My stay would have been a lot more miserable than it was without seeing her smiling face every day.
