Elizabeth J Sheehan, BSN, RN

Elizabeth Sheehan goes above and beyond in her role being a strong leader and resource for bedside nurses. She also has assisted in the role of several large projects this past year including Back to Basics, computer installation on med-surg, and referral management. Liz is always willing to assist and provide at-elbow support whenever needed (and never requires us to put in a ticket – maybe leave this part out but know that I’m thinking it) which makes problem-solving much smoother for staff when they are also trying to manage a patient load. She was even flexible with her time and willing to go back to the bedside and cover in specialties this past year when they were facing staffing difficulties. Liz is a great team player and we are lucky to have her at MAH.
