First, let me say that I have had a lot of contact with medical personnel. But the care and concern that I received on this visit was exemplary. I came in for a routine psoriatic infusion and didn't feel quite right. Ms. Joran picked up on this and ordered many diagnostic tests to rule out or ascertain my condition. A chest x-ray, lab work, and an echocardiogram were scheduled. 99% of the medical personnel would have simply said that I needed to see my cardiologist and left it at that, but not this lady. She is a consummate professional and is much appreciated by me. I have never had anyone exceed my expectations to this degree. I am very impressed with the level of care provided.
