Elizabeth is a very caring and compassionate nurse. We had a man brought in that was found unresponsive in his yard. He had fractured his wrist/arm over a year ago and his hand/wrist/arm were contracted. He had never had it taken care of. His fingernails on the contracted hand were over 4 inches long and pressing into the palm of his hand. Skin was sloughing off and sore. With the permission of the doctor, Elizabeth soaked this man's hand and cut his nails with surgical scissors. She then lotioned his hand and padded the palm of his hand. The patient and doctor were very thankful. The doctor said that she "did an amazing job."
