She never hesitates to take time with a student and is always willing to go the extra mile without being asked.

She is notable because she cares and voices it every day. I know she does not have to reach out and go out of her way if an assignment is not turned in, but she does. She makes our lectures so interactive when some can be pretty boring. She wants our cohort to succeed and pass, and it shows drastically in her character and attitude in the classroom. She is indeed a blessing to this nursing program. She tries not to stress out when nursing school is stressful, but when I go into her exams, I feel prepared and I know the information. She has touched many people, and I know she deserves this award more than anyone.
