My mother was very sick and needed an ICU bed. Because there were no beds, she was placed on PCU as an ICU patient. Libby truly went above and beyond in the care she provided. She talked to my mother like she was her own family! We couldn't be more thankful to her and she has given her whole self on a non-selfish basis to our family, at a most critical time. I believe she is the reason my mother has made such an improvement. She is an exquisite flower that regularly exhibits sunshine, hope, and beauty! Libby is SOOO special!! I hope during these trying times of COVID, as an RN, she is recognized and treated like a queen or princess for a day. Libby is so very deserving to be cared for too! She even picked up shifts to follow my parent's journey and help us navigate. She was a lifesaver for us mentally. She was cheerful and concerned, sensitive and caring. My father ended up being admitted to the hospital during this same time, and Libby made sure my parents were together, as my father is the primary caregiver for my mother. Libby lifted stress from our family and took over. She is truly an ANGEL!! Libby has our hearts FOREVER!!!
