Beth is the epitome of what it takes to be a nurse leader. She serves in the very challenging role of Nursing Supervisor and there is none more suited to the role. She is fair and just. She listens and advocates for patients and staff. She is readily available and rounds often to see if she can help in any way. She has an amazing aptitude to pick up on concerns and situations and handles them all in a calm and professional manner. She never shows favoritism and aids in communication and teamwork for the entire hospital. She is caring, compassionate, patient, and a delight to work with.
Beth can maneuver through complex situations, anticipating where problems may occur and plans accordingly. Beth fosters a collaborative teamwork environment within the organization while overcoming hurdles that may impede achievement or progress. Beth never shies away from bringing conflicts or disagreements to the forefront to get them resolved. She sees conflict as opportunity to improve working relationships and the organization as a whole.
