...Elizabeth is such a breath of fresh air with her calmness and knowledge; she has been a wonderful asset to our unit. We often have problems with our male post-surgical patients urinating before discharge. She educated my patient with a unique technique of blowing bubbles into his drink to help relax his bladder. I was so impressed. She is a stickler for doing things the right way and takes no sudden shortcut to achieve her tasks. Being thorough and accurate with her charting and patient care and always ready to lend a hand when needed are some of her talents. Most of all is her kindheartedness she says not a thing negative about her co-workers, she may smile at the truth but never re-enforces bad behavior. She leads with the best example. She once told me, "At work you have me 100%."
