Elizabeth Licon was among many nurses that attended to me and my baby's care, but Elizabeth stood out for many reasons. She was very patient with me as I struggled with breastfeeding. While I am not new to being a mom, I have always struggled to get my babies to breastfeed. Knowing the importance of breastfeeding and the benefits it would provide to my baby, it was something I was determined to do. Elizabeth gave me many tips on how to succeed in breastfeeding. I really appreciated her patience in showing me these tips and because of her assistance, I was able to be successful in breastfeeding my baby. She attended to our every need in a timely manner. She demonstrated exceptional bedside manners and took extra steps to make sure I was confident, well prepared, and heard. Thank you Elizabeth for truly being extraordinary!
