ELLIE IS ON THE BALL!! She not only goes out of her way to may sure I was comfortable, but she also corrects any misconceptions we had about being released and other misunderstood statements by others. She immediately goes to the computer to check the facts. She has a wonderful personality and has helped make my stay pleasant and safe in every way. I also commend all the employees of the medical center for their service, congeniality as well as safety measures.

Ellie has persistently aided us whenever we had a problem understanding information and/or treatment as well as rules and my misconceptions regarding the treatment of my husband. Ellie has been wonderful in the treatment of my husband, sometimes making him aware of the importance of eating so he can get his strength back and trying to walk so he can work towards being discharged. At the same time, she showed caution due to her knowledge of his heart and breathing issues so he doesn't try to do things without help at the same time, encouraging him to do as instructed to get better quickly. She definitely is a DAISY Nurse. In addition, everyone has helped us keep our spirits high.
