Elizabeth M Capone, BSN, RN

On my visit to the CHF Clinic, I was in A-Flutter so the nurse at the clinic took me to the ER. I was in the hospital for 4 days and Elizabeth was my nurse for 2 consecutive days while I was there. She was the kindest and most caring. I remember asking her on the second day if people call her Lizzy. Her face lit up like a Christmas tree and she said "Yes". She really touched my heart. All of the nurses on that floor during my stay were wonderful, but Lizzy really stuck out. I was a bit sad on my last day knowing I wasn't going to see them all again, but happy to be going home.
