I know this is true for me and I think nearly every provider who has worked here: Elizabeth is a truly special person.
Elizabeth is the rock and glue of Longmont Primary Care.  She solves so many problems on a daily basis in our clinic and it actually eases my mind to know that she is here helping us care for patients.

***

I would just like to say that during my time at the pharmacy in Longmont, Elizabeth was the most helpful and wonderful person to work with and we appreciated her so much. I hope she loves her new position and wish her luck in the future.

***

Elizabeth is an amazing person and will always be the lead RN even when there is not that role actually defined. She can’t help but continue to be our leader as she was our leader prior to it being official. We would be totally lost without her amazing organization, infectious smile, and positive attitude.

***

Working with Elizabeth in a virtual role in Message Management, I have to say she is an amazing nurse. She is always willing to help and to go above and beyond for our patients! I’m grateful that she is staying at the Longmont clinic because our parents are lucky to have her!

Peper – where do I start? You are an incredible human, nurse, employee, and teammate. I am always in awe of your never wavering commitment to our members. You have such a caring and compassionate response to every ask that is made of you. Your laughter, warm smile, and humor have a positive impact on everyone around you. I have so many fond memories of my time at Longmont (and Fort Collins but let’s not remind the Longmont team of that Fort Collins stint) and working alongside you and learning from you…homemade hats by Elizabeth, always a jokester, cookie, and MILK celebration, service council initiatives promoting a positive culture that you are always modeling…. just to name a few. Thanks for being you and all that you bring to our members, providers, and team.

Elizabeth, You are the best RN I have worked with since joining KP. You have such a great rapport with patients and a kind, calm demeanor. When my patients need care it is completely reassuring for me to know you are taking care of them. You did a great job as SLRN, managing the day-to-day needs of our patients and care team. Your flexibility and positive attitude were such an asset in that role. We’re so glad to keep you on our team, even if you do lose your fancy office!

I cannot heap enough praise on Peper, and I am so happy, personally and professionally, that she can choose to remain here with us at Longmont.

***

I am so grateful to have Elizabeth as a co-worker and a friend. She is a large part of why I continue to enjoy my work, as she makes things flow more easily, takes care of patients without question, and is just the best person ever. Thanks so much for staying with us Elizabeth!

Elizabeth Peper, I saw this quote and thought of you! You are always the first to respond, the first to I got it and you do this with a smile on your face. You are compassionate, kind, funny, quirky, and good at what you do. Thank you for staying with us, I can’t imagine Longmont without the “The Peper”   Nurse because Badass Lifesaver isn’t a job title!

***

Peper, there is nothing more beautiful than someone who goes out of their way to make life beautiful for others. I truly believe you have one this with patients, staff, and providers, with your caring, fun-loving, and hard-working personality. I am so appreciative of all the help you give day in and day out! And so very grateful you are staying here, with your Longmont Family!

Elizabeth,   You have been an amazing leader in our clinic.  In all of my years in this field, you have been the one that has been the most responsive and the most willing to go the extra mile.  You ran our clinic so efficiently and with so much love and warmth. You have the ability to talk with a patient in a soothing, comforting way while underneath you are basically telling them what they may not want to hear.  I always felt 100% ok coming to you with needs and problems.  You knew your job and your clinic inside and out. I will miss having you in the role that I felt was so crucial to making our clinic run efficiently but also with warmth and a caring attitude.   I am super glad that you decided to remain at Longmont KP!   Thanks for everything.

Elizabeth is a value to our clinic, and I am so happy that she decided to stay with this team. She is so helpful to not only our members but also to all the staff in the supporting departments here at Longmont. She has always gone above and beyond for everyone. We are very lucky to have such an awesome nurse like her! Elizabeth, we appreciate you more than you'll ever know.

I have the utmost respect, appreciation, and fondness for Elizabeth and everything she not only does for our patients, the providers, and the staff, but also in general as a friend.  Words cannot even come close to depicting her greatness as a person and an employee. Not only has she made my job better, but she has made the lives of our patients better.  Comments such as these can sometimes come off “fluffy” and forced, but I cannot stress enough the sincerity of my intentions.  Maybe it would be best to say it this way…Elizabeth, please never leave me!

Peperchini you are the Best, you Shine at any place that you are put at!

Peper, I am so grateful to know you and have the opportunity to learn from you.  Since the day I first started here at KP, you have always been a leader… even when it hasn’t been in your title! You are a wealth of information and have always been so willing to share your knowledge with me. I am really happy that we get to keep you here at Longmont in any capacity and also for the patients who will be so pleased to be able to experience your care for them. You are truly a wonderfully empathetic and generous human and we are all lucky to have had you as our fearless leader for as long as we have! I look forward to working alongside you for as long as I can!

Peper, thank you for your positive attitude, your extra miles, and for touching feet and boo-boos that I dare not treat upon.  Above all else thank you for sticking around Longmont.  We’re lucky to have you.

Thanks for all for help and Team Work. Always Energetic. Makes me Laugh. Uses her Intelligence. Is sometimes Zany. Is always Busy. Very Empathetic. Helpful.

I know this is true for me and I think nearly every provider who has worked here: Elizabeth is a truly special person. What she does is beyond what can be taught; it is beyond any job description. She truly does make everyone’s day better. That goes for all the providers and the patients whom she comes across. Elizabeth is kind, caring, and professional every day, in every encounter, and every interaction. She makes this a better place to work, and Kaiser a better place for patients.

Elizabeth, Thank you for all you do for our patients and for us (providers.) You are an inspiration with respect to working hard and doing the right thing and not just what is more convenient for you. You are appreciated!

Dear Elizabeth, This clinic has many nurses and doctors. We’ve done re-orgs and administration changes. Through it all you have been the heart of our office; you are the best nurse I have ever worked with: competent, hardworking, patient-centered, thoughtful, and intentional. Thank you for all you have done for us as SLRN – you were made for that role. And you were excellent. We are all so grateful that you will still be around; this place needs you. I need you. Thanks for being amazing.

Dear Elizabeth, Thank you so much for choosing to stay here with us at Longmont. In my 25 years as a physician, you stand out as the very best RN I’ve ever worked with. You have incredible clinical acumen, always knowing when to worry and when to reassure. You are grace under pressure. You are fun and I am so appreciative of your sense of humor. Titles may change, but your leadership is what makes our clinic so special. Thank you. Much love.
