Beth truly goes above and beyond the call of the PACU nurse. She works endlessly on the unit schedule to accommodate everyone's request and needs, she has extraordinary clinical judgement and serves as a go-to person for the unit.
Beth always remains calm and maintains a positive outlook even on the most trying days and circumstances. She maintains a professional demeanor at all times and works hard along with her co-workers to provide the excellent care that the PACU is known for.
Her patients, no doubt, have benefited from her knowledge, empathy, and kindness. Beth is respected by her co-worker's from all departments for her calm, confident, and compassionate care. Her clinical skills, dedication, and compassion demonstrated to her patients, patients' families and to her co-workers is why she is so deserving of the DAISY Award.
