The situation I am describing is regarding the wonderful care I received from Lizzy Martin. Just having undergone heart catheterization and being informed after the test, I would need bypass surgery. Furthermore, Lizzy helped me to understand the road I would be traveling the next few days, weeks, and months on my way to full recovery.
Lizzy was kind, caring, knowledgeable, and professional, and helped me reduce my anxiety for the unknown. She has a positive demeanor, is pleasant, and is willing to spend time answering my wife’s and my questions.
