A patient recently had open heart surgery and that night as his family was traveling home they were involved in a fatal accident. After her shift, Elizabeth McClamma, RN, went to see the patient's daughter in LRMC, even though she had to be back for work the following morning. Elizabeth also went to see the patient after he was discharged to a rehab facility in Sebring. The love and kindness Elizabeth showed this patient is unbelievable and is exceptional!
