Elizabeth was overall outstanding. She is warm and kind but firm and is always looking out for your best interest. I had a frustrating stay and she was able to calm me down, educate me on medical reasoning per the doctors that I did not understand, and definitely advocated for me. Elizabeth was interested in engaging with me but remained a true professional first and foremost. I was quite needy and she never once made me feel like I was a “job” or annoying her. A true frontline hero.
