On this day, I had to undergo two procedures, and both were unnerving. To ease this anxiety, I asked an extensive list of questions and not only was Liz extremely patient she walked me through the entire process. Following both exams, Liz made the effort to see how I was doing. Liz went above and beyond and there was a sense of genuine and sincerity in her actions.
