Elizabeth Meltzer, RN

Our nurse lead, Elizabeth Meltzer, was notified that a caregiver was feeling dizzy. Elizabeth rushed to the caregiver to check on them. The caregiver was passing out. Elizabeth advised someone to call 911, and she held the caregiver and made sure they were okay. She stayed with the caregiver and coached them through the medical process. Afterwards, Elizabeth checked on her staff to make sure everyone involved was calm and okay. She goes above and beyond for her staff and patients and consistently demonstrates the Cleveland Clinic’s 6 values!
