I came in through the ED thinking I was having a heart attack. I was admitted to PCU for the night. During this time, I barely saw a doctor. I was upset not knowing what my results were. Liz came in and put me right at ease. She made sure I understood the test I would be doing and also made sure after I got back to get me some water and crackers. I think all the nurses did an awesome job, but Ms. Miller is one I will remember. Thank you for all you did! I really do believe she was going above and beyond!

Every time Liz was in my room, she was polite, smiling, patient, and always very encouraging. She explained everything, sometimes several times, to make sure we understood. She had a sense of humor and laughed at my jokes. I appreciate how kind she was to me.
