My nurse, Elizabeth, is the definition of compassionate care, resulting in a level of care I have never witnessed previously throughout the unfortunate deterioration of my health over the past few months, requiring several ER visits and subsequent series of hospitalizations. I have had a very unique perspective and can sincerely show my gratitude to Elizabeth for a complete change of positive input and various recommendations.

My health has gone through significant problems, resulting in my realization that my independence is being slowly taken from me by the disease and subsequent deterioration of my mobility. Accepting this “new normal” wasn’t even within my mental concept of a completely new, profound, and not wanted reality! Elizabeth, my exceptional nurse, provided the most complete change in my life, as she inspired hope, wherein all hope was lost.

Elizabeth’s innate ability to provide the most comprehensive medical care and spiritual awakening and renewed belief in me, that actually healed my spirit. I never had to call for Elizabeth to come into my room, she instinctively is blessed with the gift/treasure of a genuinely, true positive force to connect with her patients. Elizabeth is absolutely immersed in caring for her patients in a very real, sincere, deep, non-superficial manner. I will forever be mindful of this magnificent serendipity to have been blessed by the most caring human being. I am most ever mindful that upon discharge, I will benefit daily from not just existing in this world but thriving with the new hope and confidence instilled in my heart and mind by my nurse, Elizabeth! Please honor Elizabeth; she is the best nurse, yes, she is.
