Elizabeth was just an amazing person during my mother's hospitalization. Elizabeth is the kind of person who makes a big difference in the world and the people around them. She certainly did that for us. Not only did she personally visit us daily or as many times as necessary to see if we were being well taken care of or if they could do anything for us, but she also gave us help when we needed it, and shared her expert knowledge with us. That made such an amazing difference. For example, Elizabeth demonstrated how we could get a Japanese interpreter for my mother, which we did not know. This will be a great help for my mother now and in the future. Another thing that is so exceptional about her is the great amount of positive energy she radiates. She is so upbeat, positive and progressive, it's truly inspirational, especially in the hospital setting. While my mom was a little sad and depressed about needing to get a pacemaker, Elizabeth got her to smile. Once, Elizabeth even personally got her the salad dressing that was missing from her tray and that my mom wanted so much at the time. She knows that even the little things can make a big difference to the patient. Her compassion and attention to detail are amazing. We truly have appreciated what she has done for my mother during her difficult stay. Thanks a million "Queen" Elizabeth. You are a great nurse! And a fantastic head nurse and person with a golden heart. Thank you.
