The first thing I noticed about Elizabeth was her smile- a smile that was always on her face each time she entered my room. Her sunny and positive disposition is exactly what every patient hopes to see in a nurse. The attention that she gave me, as a patient, made me feel valued. She always took her time to make sure all my needs were met. I watched her extend herself beyond her realm of responsibilities to help others. She made me feel like a significant person. She's a "difference-maker" and a great asset to have on your staff. She rocks!
