In October, my husband had passed out from pain. He had to go to the closest emergency room which was CentraCare Monticello. We arrived in a motorhome and I needed assistance in getting him inside the hospital. I saw the calm face of Elizabeth who took over immediate care of him for me while I parked the motorhome. They made me feel comfortable immediately handling my husband's care. When your loved one is ill or hurting it's hard and worrisome on the family members. Elizabeth made me feel less worried by just talking to me, keeping me informed of my husband's condition, and was constantly there answering our questions and showed compassion.
My sister passed away from wrongful death in a hospital and the environment brings on immediate anxiety for us. My husband and I are blessed to have had this nurse. She's an angel who kept us calm and she did it with a smile the whole time. Thank you CenteCare for hiring the asset that she is.
