The patient tells the story of how she had to face the difficult situation of delivering her stillborn son. She states that this was "the hardest time in my life and I don't think that I would have been so strong without Elizabeth". She goes on to explain that Elizabeth went above and beyond to make sure all of her needs were met and took it a step further. Elizabeth took the time to decorate her son's hand- and foot-prints for her scrapbook with "tender love and care". Her level of professionalism and compassion inspired the patient to place full trust in her, even though the patient admitted that she has known issues with trusting others.
