It's not only one situation I've seen her in that describes how great of a nurse she is. She has compassion for her patients. She actually knows what she's doing. She talks to her patients and families like she really cares for their well being. She goes out of her way to provide info and education for her patients. She is truly a team player. She steps in and helps her co-workers. She takes more than her share of patients and doesn't complain about it. She's always smiling and has a sweet disposition. She takes the initiative to jump on problems that arise. Even when her mom was sick and having to care for her at home and coming into work and having to deal with everything here, she held her own. Her mom passed and she was still strong. She didn't change. She may not know it but I admire her and her hard work. It's a pleasure and honor to work with her.
