Elizabeth Sanders, RN

Elizabeth’s patient decided his time on this earth was finished and wanted to go comfort care. After a very trying and difficult admission, the patient asked for only one more “favor” or “wish”, which was to go outside one last time. With the help of other staff members, the patient received his last wish. Thanks to Elizabeth’s empathy, dedication, and compassion for her patient, he got to go outside and sit with us before going back inside to be surrounded by his family.
