As a first-time mom, I was super lost and felt alone in my journey through navigating NICU and breastfeeding my son. The first night Elizabeth was my son's nurse, I felt lost and was struggling with my decision to breastfeed due to the pressure of others questioning me. I was ready to give up and felt like a failure. Elizabeth helped me and explained to me my options for my son's care, she encouraged and supported me allowing me the ability to feel hope where I had lost all. While the process is a long one leaving my son for a few hours at a time in her hands has allowed me the ability to rest and be a better mom for my son. She is a heartfelt amazing and caring woman. She shows true concern and care for not only the baby but the family. I could never thank her enough for helping me to keep going when I felt hopeless. She goes above and beyond in caring for my son and is truly an Angel in our little family's eyes. No pay or compensation I could ever give her would be sufficient to repay her for the love and hope she helped cultivate in our little family in one of our most difficult times thus far. I would like for her management and peers along with her to know what an amazing spark of hope and love she is to the families she touches.

She provides EXCELLENT care, with INTEGRITY and COMPASSION; she is a TEAM player, extremely PROFESSIONAL, and keeps the PATIENT AND FAMILY IN THE CENTER of everything that she does. Elizabeth truly is an Extraordinary Nurse.
