Liz is an exceptional nurse, clearly dedicated to providing high-quality care to her patients. She knows our policies very well and is meticulous in her safety checks, order verifications, patient assessments, and general situational awareness. She is my "go-to" nurse when I have questions or need assistance. She often precepts new nurses who, in turn, take her philosophy to heart as they develop their own excellent nursing practice. Liz never cuts corners and is able to maintain clear supportive boundaries with challenging patients.
She inspires me to be a better nurse, and 5NE patients and staff are lucky to have her as part of the team.
