The ED was swamped with multiple heart conditions, as well as flu and illness, there were beds in the hallways and staff running crazy, but not Elizabeth. She stayed calm, went to work, and overcame. She did what she could in the waiting room to make care progress faster for all. She went out of her way to triage and place patients as soon as possible. She is an amazing and caring nurse. She does everything possible to get everyone the best and fastest care available.
