The patient writes:

I have received great care from everyone for the most part - but my nurse tonight, Elizabeth Wade, went beyond what everyone else did for me. I was having an issue concerning my medications and was having trouble communicating what exactly I needed. Elizabeth spent a great deal of time with me and got my issues taken care of. I had been here for several days and the medications weren't like they were suppose to be. She was such a big help to me and I sooooo appreciate all that she has done. She has a wonderful work ethic and is a role model that others should follow. She has been my nurse several evenings and she has an excellent bedside manor and makes the patient feel like they have her undivided attention. I want Elizabeth to know how much I appreciate what she did for me tonight.

Her Nurse Manager writes:

We are especially proud of Elizabeth since she is one of our newer nurses. She is an asset to our night shift team and pitches in to assist her coworkers when needed. She has a strong work ethic and is very dependable. We look forward to Elizabeth growing into the preceptor role in the future as this patient has suggested.
