Liz has helped me navigate through obscure medical issues I've had that have been a long process of trial and error to get to roots of medical issues. Through this process, I've never met her in person, but we have always talked via portal. Liz has been a calm voice of understanding in the messages and has just been a true example of how medical field associates should treat patients. As she has treated me as me and not a patient number. Liz deserves to be honored for her level of personal professionalism she has continuously showed to me, even despite my moments of frustration and fear, she has been a voice of an angel in my time of need and seeking answers to my issues. Liz should be a person who trains others on how to treat patients, because she would get a 10/10 in my personal scale of character, integrity and follow through. Thank you, Liz, you’re an amazing woman with a heart of gold that shines bright. In all honesty, my description of her professionalism doesn't do proper justice in explaining things and I feel that my inner peace can't be truly put into words or adjectives, except the acknowledgement of an incredible human who is truly an angel in scrubs.
