I was admitted to Stepdown and immediately upon my arrival, Beth was there to greet me. She was amazing. She had a positive attitude and was professional. She didn't know me but treated me like a friend. She advocated for me when I had questions about what the doctor had ordered and ensured all the doctors communicated. She also had great nursing skills and took great care of me.
Beth ensured I remained safe and helped me with everything I did. I was also impressed with Beth's report to the next nurse which was very thorough, and she included me and my family. Beth not only treated me well but also my entire family. She bent the rules so my kids could come to see me because she knew it was important to me.
