We had a connection with Liz from the first time she came in to assist us. She asked us about ourselves and our older daughter. She remembered details of our conversations and that personal attention meant so much. She always asked how we were doing and if we needed anything. Liz went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and always had good suggestions about everything from pain management to when the best time to order food was. She was always gentle with me and our daughter and always explained everything she was doing before doing it. She also let our older daughter "help" while she checked over the baby. A very sweet gesture that she didn't have to do. She made our stay at GSAM exceptional and we looked forward to the time of day that she arrived.
