Our son has been in the NICU since day one in our hometown. We built up a level of trust and respect with our nurses there. Coming down here to have heart surgery we were somewhat hesitant as we would have all new nurses and providers.

From the first day down here, we were greeted with nothing but the most professional and kind nurses. Surgery went well and we started down the path to work on getting home. We had a couple setbacks which had the both of us not feeling too upbeat about making it home anytime soon. And then we met Betty. She was the kindest, most professional, most caring nurse we have had on this journey. She was the proverbial ray of sunshine we needed to brighten our days. We were lucky enough to have her as our nurse multiple days. All our needs and more importantly our son's needs were met beyond expectations. Showing up in the mornings to see we had her as our nurse again put our minds to ease. Being an RN myself, I very much appreciate the level of care provided by all of your nursing staff, but Betty stood out. Everyone needs a Betty!
