Elizebeth Peterson embodies all the ICARE values. First of all, she is a nurse leader who listens with a heart and is always ready to give the necessary support and assistance that you need. I always feel welcome to come to her office, and if there are any issues that need resolution, she always guides and directs me to ensure safe practices are met. Ms. Elizebeth is very professional in her dealing with us but, at the same time, very easy to work with. She is considerate and open to any suggestions. During my biweekly conference with her, she gives me considerable knowledge on best practices to keep my patients as safe as possible. She is very patient and compassionate among her staff. I feel so blessed and grateful to have such an ADN like Ms. Elizebeth Peterson and for this reason, I truly believe she is a DAISY Nurse Leader.
