Ella is one of the nurses in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) that shines through with her performance towards the patients and their families. She is very flexible and cooperative with her co-workers and extremely dedicated to her work.
Ella always has the initiative to approach the family in a kind manner that the traumatic experience of having a child admitted to NICU demands. She plays an outstanding role in helping families becoming emotionally stable. She is passionate about what she does and always strive for the best.
Ella goes the extra mile with her colleagues, being always ready to give a hand to the one next to her. She sets the example for others, as when she helped to develop the wound care program in the unit, preventing pressure injuries in the delicate newborns or during the excellent educational sessions she performs.
