Ella took care of my wonderful grandmother with such love and empathy. She was always available, ready, and willing to help, and supported my family and grandmother through a very difficult time. She really made sure that all of the family knew everything that she was doing and communicated our needs to the doctor quickly and effectively. She was so loving and caring to my grandmother and treated her as if she was her own. She was always so nice and sweet to everyone she worked with. She was the sunshine during our difficult time. She is by far one of the best nurses we have ever encountered and I know my grandmother as so appreciative!
