The specific event of compassionate nursing care as described by your patient:
"As soon as she walked in, it was like God sent me an angel to pull me through this time. She radiated with positive energy and had the most comforting smile. I didn’t realize how sick I was during this time, and her holding my hand relieved a weight I had in my heart. Also, there was a patient near my room who was a bit disruptive, and no one could calm her down. But Ella was so patient and kind, and she helped him feel better.
The next day, I was coughing so hard, and she brought me a heart pillow so that I could hug and relieve some strain. She was my highlight during my stay. The sweetest, most gentle, most caring nurse.”
