Ella Williams, BSN, RN

I had plastic surgery. I chose not to tell my family or my boyfriend. So I was alone. Ella took care of me, and it was the best care I have ever had. She reassured me she would be there throughout the night. I knew she was sincere. She knew exactly what to say and her presence in my room throughout the night was comforting beyond anything I can describe. I can say it was divine intervention that Ella was my nurse that night. She was all could have asked for and more. I was experiencing terrible pain and was crying. Ella stated she was going to call the doctor. He upped my pain meds and I became more comfortable. I want to thank the entire team for making this surgery a smooth one. I have a history of being operated on on my face, some of it was very traumatic. I was so impressed that I took time from my busy practice to write this letter. That says how well she cared for me.
