Ellaine went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. She made me laugh and made me smile a lot. She was understanding and caring. She is one of the best nurses I have ever had. If more medical professionals had her bedside manner, more people would be compelled to get help. She never once made me feel like a burden, and she celebrated my victories with me. She encouraged me when I wasn't feeling like things weren’t going well. Ellaine always came in with a smile on her face and a kind word. She deserves to be recognized for her positivity and kindness.
