I have no words to describe the great job that Elle did: the patience she has for the children, how sweet she is, the way she treats not only the patient but also the family members.
The first night was bad, terrifying. My baby was very sick with many cables connected; I was very scared, something normal since it was something terrifying. Then the next day there was a shift change and Elle arrived; wow Elle! I have no words to describe the great job that Elle did: the patience she has for the children, how sweet she is, the way she treats not only the patient but also the family members. Always with a smile, she explained the entire process.
My baby was very tired and restless because of the cables, the machines, etc. and she went beyond the limits to make my baby feel comfortable until I made her smile. She always asked what else she could do for us, she made sure that I, as the mother of the girl, ate since I did not want to eat anything because of worry. I had not slept for 2 days and the joy that she felt and expressed when she saw that I was able to take a nap was unique…She deserves all the awards in the world! Human! Empathic! Sweet! Helpful! Professional! The best!
