Ellen Ball, BSN, RN

Nurse Ellen Ball took very good care of my dad. She was attentive to my family's requests within the first few minutes we met her. We were really appreciative of that. She took care of our every request and made us feel comfortable with his progress, and let us know what her next steps were to take care of him. This was very important to us because that was the first time that we saw our dad‘s eyes open for the first time since he came to the emergency room. We really appreciate her efforts to make us feel so comfortable.
