Every patient that Ellen cares for is so impressed by her gentleness, expert skills, and her commitment to ensuring patients with chronic diseases receive efficient outpatient care. Ellen really gets to know her patients. She cares for them weekly, monthly, and quarterly. Ellen's patients write and nominate Ellen for her constant support, regardless of the reality of the situation. Ellen smiles through her mask.
