Ellen Conover, BSN, RN

Although Ellen does not primarily work in infusion, she has been a great contributor to our success. She covers shifts when we need her and brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Patients feel comfortable with her, even though she is a nurse they don't usually see in the infusion clinic. We had a young patient who had received multiple dog bites and needed the rabies vaccine and immunoglobulin. Ellen was so caring and calm with him that he was able to get the painful injections done correctly, even though he was so nervous. By the time he left the clinic, he was all smiles, and Ellen's excellent bedside manner was a big part of that.
