I was admitted from the Emergency Department and everyone at the hospital treated me with respect. There was a slight miscommunication during my stay and Ellen went out of her way to make sure I was not upset or "down in the dumps" and that I would follow through with treatment. She wrote each of my concerns on the whiteboard and we addressed them all together with the doctor. By doing this with me, she made me feel both important and cared for.
