Every time I have one-on-one on this unit Ellen is always so nice! She makes my stay and the patient's stay what every stay should be - the best experience for our patients.

The story of this nurse's service is perpetual. I am unable to find one specific story because Ellen's caring is continuously exceptional. They never complain, handles all assignments regardless of the patient load. They are a very compassionate individual who delivers care unselfishly. This nurse must be recognized for delivering care with the sole purpose of touching and changing the lives of all the patients in their charge. This nurse puts their patients first.

Being a hospitality professional for over 25 years, I have experienced and helped create "memorable moments" for countless number of guests. However, the kindness and compassion I received from this nurse were extraordinary. This nurse printed out dietary recommendations to control my uric acid levels, helped me research a specific medical term, made sure my prescriptions were prepared with a coupon to reduce my costs. To summarize I was treated like an individual, not just another patient. If every patient received this same level of care as I experienced, they should consider themselves lucky. The entire staff was excellent, but this nurse stood out amongst the staff. Thank you so much!!
