Ellen LaRiccia has been my diabetic educator for four years. I've recently undergone several insulin pump training sessions with her and every time I walk into her office my nerves are put at ease because she is so kind and knowledgeable. Ellen answers all my questions and goes above and beyond to make sure I am confident with my training. She maintains excellent communication with my endocrinologist who works for an agency outside of CRMC. Ellen makes learning about caring for my diabetes easy and comfortable. I don't think I would have made this transition without her to guide me through it.
