Ellen and the MA were both very patient with my son, who has nonverbal autism. He can get a little aggressive when he’s upset, so even when he hit their arms they stayed professional and patient with him. They were very kind and even if it didn’t seem like it, he was very calm compared to how he usually is at the doctor. Thank you for being so kind and helpful.
