“When we came into the ER our nurse Ellen was wonderful. My daughter was very scared and she confronted her in such a caring way. My daughter swallowed 3 magnets and Ellen never made her feel embarrassed or at fault. She explained everything to her in a way she could understand. On her 3rd day the IV needed to be taken out and the nurse told my daughter that the tape was the worst part but we found that Ellen had put some gauze under the tape so it wouldn’t hurt coming off! We really appreciate her kindness, compassion and love for our daughter. Thank you!”
